Service Advisor
The Service Advisor position is responsible for dealing with Clients requirements pertaining to repair and/or servicing of their vehicle issues. The Service Advisor is a key player in our organization as it relates to positive customer relations through communication and follow-up, as well as to conversing with Clients on repair status and charges for repairs. The Service Advisors act as a liaison between external Clients and all those involved internally at Aguirre Auto Service in the service appointment process.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Establish long-term positive relationships with Clients.
* Meet and greet Clients, taking calls from Clients to schedule appointments.
* Advise customers of estimated service and repair costs.
* Determine progress of repair/service orders and inform customer accordingly.
* Address customer's questions/needs promptly and professionally.
* Identify service needs of Clients vehicle based upon historical service data.

* This position does not require automotive knowledge.
Service Technician
As a Service Technician you will be responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
* Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
* Keep shop area neat and clean.
* Ensure that Clients vehicles are repaired right – the first time.
* Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair
* Document work performed, or recommended.
Required Experience:
* Two years automotive mechanical experience or automotive trade school
* Ability to read and comprehend instructions
* Valid drivers license and good driving record
* Ability to exercise good judgement
* Outstanding communication skills
* Professional appearance and work ethic
* Great attitude with a high-energy personality
* Superior customer service skills
Required Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Technical or trade school degree preferred
* ASE Certification
Service Porter
The Service Porter is responsible for moving Client vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience and maintaining an orderly service parking area.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Shuttle Clients to destinations & Retrieve Clients
* Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner and keep the parking areas free of debris.
* Assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the Service Department.
* Retrieve parts as required.
